My main job was working with paid media, but I was also responsible for analyzing online and offline acquisition channels to reach goals, such as an external market analysis (SemRush and SimilarWeb), influencer analysis and companies’ partnership.

I have managed up to R$ 25k ad spend monthly ( + R$ 300k/year), focusing on B2C/B2B lead generation on Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads and Google Ads platforms.

My primary responsibility at GeekHunter was managing paid media campaigns, focusing on lead generation ads across multiple platforms. Additionally, I analyzed both online and offline acquisition channels to achieve key goals. This included external market research using tools like Semrush and SimilarWeb, influencer collaborations, and forging strategic company partnerships.

Paid Media and Lead Generation Performance

During my time at GeekHunter, I managed a monthly ad spend of up to R$ 25k (over R$ 300k annually), focusing on B2C and B2B lead generation ads through platforms like Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Ads.

Key achievements include:

  • Achieving the highest share of paid media B2C participation in lead generation ads for 2022, increasing the average monthly participation from 8% to 12%.
  • Boosting landing page subscribers by 149.58% for B2C audiences, growing from an average of 6.8k to 10.2k monthly.
  • Organizing a successful B2B event with an investment of R$ 50k, resulting in over 1,300 MQLs, 51 SQLs, and one R$ 150k sale in the same week, delivering a 2.3x ROI.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to surpass 140k followers on LinkedIn, increasing brand visibility and engagement.
